In this program, you’ll learn:
- To separate your emotional hunger from physical hunger so you can listen to what your body is asking for
- Tools to deal with stress eating, night eating, and unconscious eating that don’t require willpower or discipline
- Process your emotional needs so food isn’t your only go-to

Because emotional eating can’t be solved with control. It requires attending to your nervous system.
When you’re stressed, tired, or overwhelmed, your body wants comfort and calm. Food delivers those instantly.
Instead of soothing yourself, you’re taught to feel guilty and ashamed for not having better control.
This program gets you out of that loop.
A process that works with you, not against you
In Emotional Eating Solved, you’ll practice a 3-step process that works with your nervous system to give it what it needs
You’ll be coached on:
1. Being fully prepared so that if/when emotional eating urges strike, you’re not derailed
2a. Knowing exactly what type of hunger you have and how to satisfy it without getting into a shame spiral
2b. When you do have emotional hunger, what it’s trying to tell you, instead of automatically fighting it
3. Being able to process your emotions so food isn’t the only tool you have
This program is grounded in non-diet, trauma-informed health coaching. It doesn’t use rules, weigh-ins, or tracking — because those things demonise emotional eating urges instead of seeing them as a natural, normal and helpful
