The Yo-Yo Diet Solution is the workshop to attend if…

  •  You’re a high achiever, but you just can’t get your food sorted
  • You get that diets don’t work and don’t want to waste your time on another thing that won’t work
  • You want to stop fighting yourself

You are knowledgeable about what and when to eat. That is not the problem (and never was). It’s the vicious cycle of trying to fight yourself into submission instead of working with yourself.

In this free workshop, you’ll learn that yo-yoing is a known side effect of trying to control what we eat, and what to do instead to take good care of yourself.

Here’s the 3-step solution to end yo-yoing that you’ll learn in class…

  1. Know: Exactly why you yo-yo. You’ll learn the biological reason that keeps the cycle repeating. It will spell the end of self-blame

  2. Grow: Embody step one by writing down your dieting history to see where old rules are creating your current experience. Doing this helps put the past behind you so you can stop starting over.

  3. Glow: Get an answer to the question no one asks in the diet/wellness industry. What is it you’re trying to achieve by losing weight? Once you know that, you can create an individualised plan to achieve the results you always hoped dieting would give you (confidence, feeling good enough, self belief, backing yourself).

By the end of the class:

You’ll leave knowing exactly how to get out of the down/up cycle without giving up on your health. No wellness hogwash anywhere in sight.

I can’t wait to share THE YO-YO DIET SOLUTION
